How a cream or serum is made
Two phases
The water phase and the oil phase are heated separately, then emulsified together under vacuum so no air is trapped in the cream.
Cool-down
Actives such as vitamin C, peptides and botanical extracts go in below 40 °C, where heat cannot degrade them.
Check before filling
pH, viscosity, appearance and odour are checked against the approved sample, and a microbial sample is taken.
Fill into the right pack
Oxygen-sensitive formulas go into airless pumps or amber glass; everything else into the pack you chose.

The line in the US is between changing how skin looks (cosmetic) and changing how skin works (drug). “Reduces the appearance of fine lines” is a cosmetic claim; “boosts collagen” is not. We help you word the label so it stays on the right side. Compliance and labelling →
Stock formula or custom?
Most first orders use a stock formula with small changes — a different fragrance, fragrance-free, a higher active level, a different texture. It keeps the first order fast and cheap and still gives you a product that is yours.
A fully custom formula makes sense once you know what sells. It adds sample rounds and stability time, so it belongs on the second or third product, not the first.
Packaging matters more in skincare
Vitamin C, retinol and some peptides lose strength when exposed to light and air. Put them in amber glass or an airless pump and the product performs the same on day ninety as on day one. We recommend the pack with the formula, not after it.
Esthetician and spa lines
Estheticians and spas buy private label skincare to sell the products they already use in treatments. 100 units per SKU lets a single spa launch a four-product routine without filling a stockroom.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between white label and private label skincare?
In practice the words are used interchangeably. White label usually means a ready-made formula with your label; private label can also mean a formula adjusted or built for you. We do both.
Is 100 units really the minimum?
Yes, per SKU in stock packaging. Custom packaging starts at 1,000 units because it has to be tooled or printed to order.
Can you make an acne product?
We make cosmetic products for oily and blemish-prone-looking skin, with cosmetic claims. Acne-treatment claims with benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid are over-the-counter drug claims in the US and are outside what we make.
Do you make retinol and vitamin C serums?
Yes, at cosmetic levels and with cosmetic claims, packed in airless or amber glass to protect the actives.
